Return Policy and Warranty

At Giliss.com the following applies: not good, money back.

The only condition we make is that all items are unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Of course you can try on and view the articles. If you don’t like them, you can return them without giving a reason.

IMPORTANT RETURNS TERMS

• The item must be as new and must be returned in the original packaging.
• You use the original box for return.
• Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of your order
• The article must be complete, undamaged and unworn (of course you can try it on)
• The item must have the original cards/labels
• The label AND the tiewrap must not be removed!!

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for return from your home to Giliss.com are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package or €4 for letterbox package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

Do not forget to fill in the return slip that you received with your order. This ensures the fastest processing of your return. The return slip is enclosed with the order confirmation. Not received?

If you do not have a printer, it is also sufficient to return the packing slip. This contains your details so that we can see to which order the package belongs.

When the items have been received in good order, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount we owe you.

RETURNS VIA POST (PostNL)

Pack the order well together with the return slip and take the package to the post office.

Always return the item or items well packed (in the original packaging, neatly packed). We cannot accept returns of worn or damaged items. Price tags and item tags may not be removed from the items. When returning, only complete and undamaged items will be accepted and in sturdy packaging. EXCHANGE Exchanging an item for the same item in a different size or color is possible at Giliss.com. You return your order within the trial period, according to the normal return procedure, and indicate on the return form that it concerns an exchange. If you specify a new size, the new item will be sent to you as soon as possible. If you order a replacement item for a returned item, we will send it to you free of charge. You can indicate this on the return slip.
